4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

5.3 VIP Program

Regular players can enjoy weekly cashback benefits through four VIP tiers. Maximum weekly cashback rates by tier:

• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

• Operating an account on behalf of a minor

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by gj999

gj999 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Involvement in prohibited activities listed in Section 7
• Providing false identity or documents
• Not meeting the age requirement
• Prolonged account inactivity (as per the defined period)
• Legal or regulatory reasons

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request closure of your own account at any time by emailing [email protected]. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed; however, any incomplete wagering bonuses will be considered void.
